PROTEXA was founded by an entrepreneur, business owner/operator, and strategic advisor with 30+ years of experience in business strategy, solution consulting, financial planning, risk management, growth management, and operations for startups, midsize, and Fortune 50 businesses.
Our founder is PROTEXA's CEO & Managing Partner, and is a licensed independent insurance broker.
Our founder has served in advisory and consulting roles since 2002, participated in five startup exits, has served on boards of directors, and brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial execution, strategic advisory expertise, and insurance leadership.
Our founder holds a Doctorate in Business with concentrations in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, as well as an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Organizational Behavior—bringing institutional-grade strategic thinking to business owner risk management.
